Order Processing
At The Flowering Soul, we know your order is important to you,
and we give each and every one our utmost attention. Orders
are often shipped the same day they are placed. All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

You may pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. If you would like
to pay by money order, please do not use
the online order process - instead email us your order. (

financial information.You may choose to pay using your credit or debit

Returns
The Flowering Soul
takes pride in offering you quality service on all levels. Our essences
are made in a loving and caring environment and are packed with extra
care. However, in the event of damaged or faulty products, or incorrect
products being packed, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra
charge. Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or
replace products for incorrect orders being processed.Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, however
delays may occur so please allow up to 10 working days for delivery
within Australia and more internationally.
